RCB Ends Their Losing Run - Boys Played Well

Rajat Patidar showcased a brilliant performance in the last IPL contest - SRH vs RCB 2024. Rajat became the Player of the Match by scoring a half-century.

The last IPL match between Sunrisers Hyderabad and Royal Challengers Bengaluru was an exciting one at the Rajiv Gandhi International Stadium, Hyderabad.


Winning the toss, RCB decided to bat first, which turned out to be a great decision. Every RCB lover or IPL enthusiast waits for RCB’s batting to witness smashing batting action from the King, Virat Kohli.


Like every other match, Kohli had a delightful show for the fans. Kohli scored (51) off (43). Such performances are the reasons why Kohli is currently the Orange Cap holder with (430) runs followed by Ruturaj Gaikwas with (349) runs.


Opening with Kohli, du Plessis could only add (25) runs. Soon, Will Jacks was dismissed, and then came the Player of the Match, Rajat Patidar.


Patidar helped to balance the falling batting lineup. Someone had to take things in charge and Rajat was the one. The right-hand bat scored (50) runs off (20) balls with an incredible strike rate of (250.00). Rajat hit (2) (4s) and (5) (6s).


One who helped Rajat in adding essential runs to the scoreboard for RCB was Cameron Green, who scored (37) off (20) with a strike rate of (185.00).

RCB Ends their Losing Streak

What turned out in RCB’s favor was not only the victory against a deadly team but an end to a six-game losing streak. Collectively, the batting performances of Virat, Rajat, and Green helped the team leave a target score of (206) for SRH.


Considering the past performances of SRH, the team has thrashed records and added ODI-like runs. But this time, RCB’s bowling was dominating, Swapnil, Karn, and Cameron took (2) wickets each. SRH could only score (171) runs and RCB won the match by (35) runs.
